Warranty and Return

Our 30 days warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately at our Support center.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate your ticket with all the details such as your order number, SKU number or the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:
1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item outer package. For this, connect with our customer support team.
2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A).
3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team.
Items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by our Customer Support Team, we will allow a return for a refund and or an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items.

Customer must return the package as per our instructions shipping address indicated on the R.M.A document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if customer support team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to R.M.A instruction will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service for further advice.
